IT / EPOS Support
(Location Bracknell, United Kingdom)
Responsibilities include office based telephone support. Candidates need
to show experience with Windows 7 / Windows XP / Networking / MS Office / MS SQL
Server / Desktops / Servers / Hardware including Draytek routers.
To be suitable you will be expected to show experience of Networking and Microsoft SQL Queries. Experience with Point of sale systems would be an advantage but not essential. You will need a customer focused approach to your work and you will be able to turn support calls around.
You will also need to have good communication skills and applicants must speak English clearly and must live within 30 minutes of our Bracknell office. The role will be 5 days per week, however weekend support will also be a part of your job with days off during the week when working weekends. This role will be to provide support to our existing client base of EPOS and IT support customers. These customers include football and cricket stadiums along with small shops, pubs and general office clients.
Salary: Available on request and is dependant on experience.
